ASSIGNMENT 1 : HOW I SEE ???
The purpose of having this assignment is to tell us we can see things using different angle and perspective other than just one view.
But since the tittle of this assignment is How I See ?, so I decide take risk to break the rules as we need to draw two different angle of same object. I choose to draw it and see it using my imagination.
Everyone see things differently, we got our own story and own ways seeing things.
Imagine The Entrance Of Heaven was the first thing I saw during the process. So I choose to follow What I See rather than What I Heard.
ASSIGNMENT 1 : COMIC DESIGN
The purpose of having this assignment is to let us know more about Design because not all of us are from Design background (My personal view).
We had learnt how to write different type of wording by using our creativity during Design Communication class. I believe one of the purpose having this assignment is for us to apply what we learn from another class into the comic composition.
I am not familiar with comic design or comic but I try to play around with the story. Starwars bad guy character swap with the good character as the black warrior become the good guy and the green short monster become the bad guy in this series.
ASSIGNMENT 2 : FUNCTIONAL MACHINE
BRAINWASHER
We brought a lot of stuff (Such as:Rice cooker, Wall Fan, Washing machine parts...etc) to our class to tear into part and redesign into a new machine.
Before doing this assignment, I am curious that the final machine model is not functional or moveable but it still call as a functional machine.
At last I believe it call as a functional machine because we choose our machine part and redesign it. Every part will have its own purposes or function, every design will have its own purpose that's why this assignment known as a functional machine.
We are the one who choose the part and design it so we are the one who give the function to the every chosen part for the machine.
ASSIGNMENT 3a : WASHING AREA
(3MAN GROUP)
We went Pulau Tioman (A Malaysia Island) for our study trip, we did our site analysis there and search for idea.
We need to produce a washing area for people staying there and tourists.
I told my teammate we don't need to start the site analysis first on first day, just enjoy and get know to the place. When we already know better about that place and came back from the snorkelling, we start to discuss about the things we like and dislike.
I notice there are a lot of sand in our hotel room especially the bathroom floor on the first day. I found out that is because the reason when I came back from snorkelling during bath time.
There are a lot of sand stick on my body and in my cloth. We found out there are no specific place for us to clean our body before we back to the hotel. So we decide to take this as the priority and main function or purpose for our assignment 3A which is the washing area.
ASSIGNMENT 3B : SOLITARY SHELTER
(INDIVIDUAL)
Synopsis :
Professor Vill is a doctor from the insane hospital, he kidnap the villagers for his experiment purpose. Doctor Vill always though human are too fragile, he keep on trying to evolve human by using different animal gene in the insane hospital.
The experiment went success but the human change into a monster and trying to harm Doctor Vill. Doctor Vill escape from the insane hospital but they are a lot of villagers are hunting him, he escape and run towards the middle part of the island.
He build his own shelter and hide in there.
